Living Expenses

While planning to study in the UK, it is important to think about the costs of living while you study here. You need to be sure that you have enough money to support yourself.

To live in Reading costs around £800 – £1000 per month. However, a lot depends on your choice of lifestyle.

Accommodation

Reading is known for excellent places to eat. Eating in restaurants may be expensive, but you can save money by buying groceries from supermarkets like Sainsbury’s and Tesco, and cooking at home.

Travel

Transportation is expensive in the UK. Buses are the cheapest way to travel, and there is an excellent bus service in Reading.
